Every third person in the country takes some refreshments drinks to make his mind fresh from the daily tiredness and stressful work. People whether they are sitting at home or working in an office they want a break at 11 AM whether tea or coffee. Nowadays, young generation love to have a coffee break in office as its delicious taste and aroma is much better than the old drink i.e. tea.
Now a Question Arises that the coffee break that we take every day is healthy for people/employees or not. Here are some of the merits and demerits of coffee
Merits of coffee

In short, we can say that if we drink coffee within limits then it will not cause any diseases to us. To take the advantages from the coffee, you have to drink not more than a cup of coffee per day. You can drink coffee in your office break to refresh your mind and body. This is the main reason why coffee delivery has become popular in many countries.
